Ring in the New! Stampin' Up! Spring/summer catalogue 2015 is go!

hello all

well, with Christmas and the new Year well and truly behind us it was back to work for me yesterday (as am sure for a lot of others as well!) after a really lovely long break - uhm, lunch time Christmas Eve, seems a very long time ago now,  I have to say..

but that means its now time to say hello to all the new goodies in the just launched Stampin' Up! Spring/Summer Catalogue 2015.  Yippee..!!!

Just click on the image in the side bar on the right,  to take a look and see what's inside.
....and doesn't that cover look beautiful!? - (but more of that later, though!) -

Now being a 'Stampin' Up! demo means you do get a chance to get your little paws on both the catalogue and related products in advance of launch day, so I have had plenty of time to armchair shop at my leisure! - well its a heck of a lot better than having to resort to rugby like scrummages  in the post-Christmas sales in your local shops, I have to say,  so no contest there!

As always there are products aimed with specific occasions in mind, and we do have quite a few coming up after all - Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Father's Day to name some.  Then not forgetting forthcoming engagements, or perhaps even a 'Big W' day itself,  special birthdays or how about a new baby, grandchild, niece or nephew - a special graduation, all lovely occasions worthy of a beautiful card to go with. ... and of course, invitations to party and celebrate any or all of the them.

Or why not just to make an everyday occurrence something special. After all, who does not like to receive a lovingly crafted card -  With the whole being gloriously wrapped, packaged, and embellished with the best of them!

For Valentine's day - the absolutely adorable 'You Plus Me' stamp set  and the 'Stacked with Love' Designer Series Paper stack on Page 5 (rather conveniently offered as a Bundle with 15% saving!)  were top of my list!.

but of course it really doesn't stop there..

On Page 9 there's a fabulous set of Thinlit dies - makes creating lovely treat bags an absolute breeze and a gorgeous embossing folder sprinkled side side and top to bottom with adjoining hearts..

For all manner of birthdays, parties, and invitations, this catalogue  is bursting with ideas to help you celebrate - with toning stamp sets, dies, designer series paper, trims, embellishments and punches.

Now am of the volition a girl can't have too many punches and I just love this!
the Bow Builder Punch  -  Take a look on Page 13.

Tt helps you easily punch and build baby-sized bows. Imagine using toning card stock, your own stamped backgrounds, or matching Designer Series Paper to make custom bows for your products.

... and speaking of  Designer Series Paper - how about the lovely 12" x 12" 'Birthday Bash' set - on Page 12.

12 glorious sheets - 2 each of 5 double sided designs,   and 1 each of 2 single sided,   embossed gold foil sheets.                                                           Just stunning, don't you think!
..and for those of us - perhaps with too much to remember - there's even a Perpetual Birthday Calendar Project Kit and a matching Stamp set, on Page 17 to help us keep track of those all important dates. That's certainly one for me am thinking! She,  of the more 'memory challenged'!

The all important 'Everyday' section of the catalogue has another of my favourite items - well quite a few actually! In no particular order, Pages 26 and 27 you will find the 'Butterfly' bundle.

A stunning set of Thinlit dies and fabulous stamp sets and the lovely 'Artisan Embellishment Kit.

As always there are beautiful samples for you to make to match, and with pages of inspiration you really cannot fail to make something which will be appreciated long after the event itself.

Which nicely brings me to the absolutely stunning front cover.  Another of Stampin' Up!'s project Kits - Build a Bouquet, this time.

Love flowers?,  love the thought of an everlasting Bouquet,  why not check out Page 29 and have a go at this one?

Stampin' Up!

and if its 'everyday' sentiments you are after - this stamp set on Page 31 has all bases covered, am sure!

and with a matching 'Hello You' Thinlits dies - offered as yet another bundled pack -  you win hands down in the 'being prepared for all occasions' stakes!

Stampin' Up! haven't forgotten Easter either, with the adorable 'For Peeps' sake' stamp set on Page 34 which really had me chuckling.

Stampin' Up!

and for mums and dad's everywhere 'Sweet Laughter' and 'Guy Greetings' stamp sets, on Pages 36 and 41, respectively, both  just hit the spot!

Stampin' UP!

Stampin' Up!

and finally I make no apologies for  perhaps saving the two best celebrations,  in my book at any rate,  for last.

Namely a wedding - and  a new baby - not intending that one necessarily follows straight after the other of course - its just the order in which I was flipping back and forwards throughout the catalogue.!

For the newly-weds, the 'For the New Two' stamp set and absolutely beautiful 'Something Borrowed' Designer series paper and matching jewelled embellishments on Pages 42 and 43  just say it all!

And for the new arrival - Whether it be for a scrapbook layout, for those all important memories or a lovely card and packaged gift,  the 'Little Sunshine' stamp set and 'Sweet Dreams' Designer series paper, buttons, and washi tape showcased on Page 39 all co-ordinate to help make items worthy of marking such a special event.
There are some beautiful samples in the catalogue,  courtesy of Stampin' Up!'s very talented design team,  and these on Page 38  give you just a tiny idea of the many things you can do!.

and scattered throughout the catalogue, just look for the little 'video' icon.  Once these are available you can visit here for videos filled with product information and inspiration.

Well,  after that little whistle-stop journey, all that remains is for me to say  thanks so much everyone for joining me on my virtual tour of the latest Stampin' Up! Spring/Summer catalogue.
